Description of Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with top management and implement processes for operational efficiency
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business across divisions, both internal and external to ensure smooth progress
  • Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
  • Oversee customer support processes to enhance and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
  • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation towards productivity growth
  • Oversee relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
  • Evaluate and report overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Ensure operational compliance with statutory regulations, while updating the management periodically.

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal & written in Tamil & English. Hindi preferred
